Author: This was one of my favorite talks to date! Responsibility, quite frankly, freaked me out… There is so much ground to cover and I envisioned taking over the world… I mean taking responsibility for the world…
Responsibility
Barbara walked us through a nice and short presence meditation. It really made a difference to me given my current (very full) schedule.
We are each responsible for ourselves in order that we make a positive impact in the world like a pebble in a pond. This is a quiet, present awareness type of place where you are able to make present moment choices instead of reacting or otherwise constraining your energy field.
Each moment is different and therefore we need to be present & responsible for new choices in the Now.
