Thank you to all who attended the monthly Tel-event on “Community.”
Barbara and I decided it all comes back to you!
I shared my REJECTION experience to do with gratitude and a community connection and I explored the nature of how a person could hook into that result and group energies in general.
It is important to focus on the appropriate match between what you have to offer a group and what a group has to offer you. Know that you can find support within a sense of community and also it can strengthen your independence.
In an ideal scenario it’s win : win… and why would you want it any other way?
Thanks to Barbara for guiding us through a meditation.
Homework is twofold in observing group dynamic as well as engaging as a community member.

This was a fantastic afternoon! We worked in free-flow with quite a rapport with each other and the energies.
The Clean Slate
There was conversation, healing, theory testing, cards, food and laughter.
2 of the Practitioners
The conversation and work flowed circularly, which I love, around the individual, the purpose, and Unity.
The theme consistently returned to:
- Perception / Perspective: Having no preconceptions
- The Moment: Versus past / future and our choosing place
- Action: The rubber hits the road
- The Higher Vision: The ‘Why’ of it All
- Empowered Surrender: Willingness for unfoldment
Our conclusions:
We have hopes, but no attachment to what may be.We have memories, but no judgement as to what that means now. Sometimes a ‘vacation’ is the best way to take action.

Barbara and I discussed Gratitude from the physical feelings, the emotional feelings and the mental thought processes. We related this to the impact on your personal electro-magnetic field and the dynamic of attraction.

What does deep Gratitude feel like?
Well, I went into a spontaneous short meditative exercise that can be used again and again for the development of that sense.
What happens with deep Gratitude?
We both shared that some our deepest intuitive leaps forward came hand-in-hand with a gratitude experience… but if that is not your path, it can be experienced through music, athletics, science, relationships…
Why?
Because it is a foundational component to soul growth.
Conclusions
** The potential result of each person being fully present in gratitude is World Peace.
If you can’t fathom that, just make a project of expressing Gratitude within your Community ~ that is the homework for this month!
Reiki III
Reiki III intensive weekend was a generous expression of Spirit.
These ladies shared and absorbed information in an open hearted way. They brought their diverse experiences and enfolded new techniques. They learned how to pass healing attunements as well as degree attunements and now perform psychic surgery with skill and perceptive discernment.
Congratulations on your following your hearts and developing your skills. You are all wonderfully gifted! Thank you!

Reiki I & II
The Reiki I & II Class was full of exploration and growth with these ladies who had big questions and were open to big answers.
An Intensive Reiki Weekend
There were observations made, insights shared, experiences felt and synchronicities noted. It was a cozy class with 2 students who were keen and who both had taken Reiki I previously.
Each class is tailored to the students attending, and while refreshing Reiki I, sophisticated questions were asked based on experiences that typically wouldn’t have happened yet for people first taking the course.
In Reiki II, since they had a wealth of experience already behind them, the information was seamless to pass on even though some more challenging concepts were covered.
A great ‘coincidence’ occurred when one husband called the instant the distant healing began.
Particular emphasis was placed on incorporating personal insight with Reiki and knowing the difference between them, permission & protocols of honoring self and others in addition to creative new ways of allowing the good vibes to flow!

Thank You for Attending
A big thanks to all who attended the first of the monthly tel-events entitled “Resolutions.”
Barbara and I discussed concepts around motivation, commitment, inner truth and change. We talked about the win : win aspects of Spirit and the positive and negative ways of exploring this… as in what is working versus what one might like to change.
We concluded that the heartspace is key through:
- Deep inner truth
- Desire and creation / manifestation
- Our struggles and the development of wisdom
- Gratitude
With Gratitude, Barbara gave us homework for the February call:
- To explore Gratitude in a specific “Gratitude Journal”
- To write in it daily and commit to the process
- To check in with previous answers once a week
We are going to flow forward from where we concluded this call for February.
